IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
PERSONAL ITEMS REMOVAL: Please remove all personal items from the vehicle. We will take great care in any items in the vehicle and replace them after the detail is complete. However, Prestige Worldwide Exquisite Detailing will not be held responsible for any items that are lost or misplaced as a result of being left in the car.
ADDITIONAL FEES: There are no hidden fees with Prestige Worldwide Exquisite Detailing. You will know what you are paying when you drop off your vehicle. Any additional charges or fees will be discussed and no charged services will be done without the your consent.
NO CALL NO SHOW/CANCELLATION: All Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.
PET HAIR REMOVAL/ADDITIONAL LABOR FEES: Removing pet hair from your car can be a challenging and time-consuming process that can take hours. Depending on the severity of the pet hair, removal may incur an additional fee of $75. Excessive or extreme pet hair removal or overly soiled vehicles will incur an additional fee of up to $150.
PLEASE REMOVE ALL ITEMS FROM THE CAR: All vehicles are photographed before and after service. All pre-existing damage will be noted in the system file, photographed, and made aware to you prior to service. No vehicle shall be released until FULL payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL WE ONLY ASK FOR A FEW MINUTES OF YOUR TIME: So that we can go over items covered by our service and receive your authorized signature on the work order.
VEHICLE CHAIN OF CUSTODY: By using our service, you authorize Prestige Worldwide Exquisite Detailing to operate the vehicle for purposes of testing, inspection, paint matching, storage and/or delivery. Additionally, I also hereby acknowledge that the any related services for insurance appraisal may not accurately reflect labor rates charged, or products and services provided to me by Prestige Worldwide Exquisite Detailing. I hereby authorize Prestige Worldwide Exquisite Detailing to service my vehicle at its sole discretion; to use OEM parts where appropriate, and/or higher quality paint and/or materials, and to compensate for the difference in the shops posted labor rate from the insurance company prescribed rates, Prestige Worldwide Exquisite Detailing may make adjustments to the repair as set forth on the insurance appraisal. I further understand that Prestige Worldwide Exquisite Detailing will service my vehicle to the highest industry safety standards. I agree that this company is not responsible for any delays caused by weather, unavailability of parts, shipping delays or production scheduling. An express mechanics lien is hereby acknowledged on the above described vehicle by Prestige Worldwide Exquisite Detailing to secure the amount of repairs thereto.
Disputes arising hereunder will be resolved by binding arbitration; BY BOOKING THIS SERVICE YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU AND Prestige Worldwide Exquisite Detailing ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU AGREE TO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend your rights under this contract (except for matters that may be taken to small claims court). Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury and your claims cannot be brought as a class action.
